Late Cancellation/ No Show Policy

Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your appointment. Any appointment cancelled less than 24 hours in advance (and/or no show appointments), will be charged 50% of any/all service(s) scheduled. This fee will automatically be charged to the credit card on file. If no card is on file, we will require your payment prior to your next scheduled appointment. As a courtesy, we provide reminder emails and text messages. If you did not get either of these notifications, the policy will remain in effect. Any client showing up 15 minutes late or later, will need to reschedule, and will be charged 50% of any service scheduled. Clients who show up late (less than 15 minutes) will not be allotted any extra time for that service, the appointment will end at the original time scheduled. should you experience any extenuating circumstances, please contact our office, and exceptions may be made.
